The LCS Optical Touch Screen technology Virtual Layer sits just off the surface (enabling a ‘light-touch’ response) and does not degrade, or suffer from shift, drift, aging or sensitivity to scratch yet provides high levels of accuracy and resolution, multi-point recognition and mouse/handwriting recognition control.

The system places a virtual layer over the screen so the original color fidelity, brightness and contrast are maintained with a reduced demand on power consumption. A clear glass touch surface allows for maximum clarity of image and also avoids the effect of scratches or marks on the surface.

The LCS Optical Touch Screens incorporate an HID-compliant, USB plug-and-play interface or can be driven by a Serial RS232 Interface.
