LCS SunLight Readable LCD Monitors
The Ovideon SR Series professional grade LCD monitors specifically designed for applications with higher than normal ambient light conditions. The SR series monitors feature a unique ambient light enhancement technology which supplements the normal output of the LCD backlight by using ambient light and reflecting it back through the LCD. This OptikView technology offers better contrast ratio and higher brightness during normal ambient light conditions than other sunlight readable monitors. During outdoor sunlight conditions OptikView offers enhanced contrast and enhanced brightness with no “wash out”. An added benefit of this technology is that it does not consume any additional power and does not generate extra heat.
These monitors are built specifically for the rigors of harsh industrial environments as well as extended operation applications.
The SR Series is a highly configurable version with advanced video processing. The SR series monitors may be configured with or without RS232C, tempered glass, Audio In/Out or HD-SDI In/Out.
